A US$500 per person tour deposit payment is required to book space on a tour The remaining balance is due no later than 90 days before the tour departure date.
LIFETIME DEPOSITS FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS
If you cancel or postpone your trip for any reason, your advance payment remains
valid until you are ready to go. You can even transfer it to a friend.
You may transfer from one trip to another before trip departure without any penalty,
as long as space is available on the tour date requested. Finding France must be
notified of intent to switch no later than 60 days before booked tour departure date.
INSURANCE
The driver and van are insured as per French regulations.
We strongly encourage all participants to purchase Travel Medical and
Cancellation & Interruption Insurance from a travel insurer in their home
country

TOURISM MEDIATION IN FRANCE
After entering the Finding France service (after-sales, after trip, etc.) and in the
absence of a satisfactory response or in the absence of a response within 60 days,
the client can contact the Tourism and Travel mediator, whose contact details and
referral methods are available on its website: www.mtv.travel
In case of commercial disagreement, the competent court will be in Compiègne,
France and French law will be applicable.
